Ashley, it depends on what you are looking for. Here in Colorado, at the last livestock sale I went to on Monday, bottle beef calves were selling for $200-250 each. Solid mouth cows that were bred went for about 900 and up, depending on weight, about $1 per pound. Dairy cattle are a whole different ball game. What are you looking for? Jan in Co

To find the current market price, go here: stockyards, and find the stockyard closest to you.

We sold today and did better than we ever have. Around here, the cattle industry is forecasting the bottom to drop out of the cattle market this winter. That's when we will start buying again.
