Carrots by the Tom

    Looking for a ton of carrots in the South West Michigan area. I used to be able to buy them on the East side but haven't had any luck over here.

    You must really really REALLY like carrots. A ton!!!! ;) Bet you got really good eyesight. I will go ahead and ask the question....What are you gonna do with a ton of carrots? :confused: :)

    Use them for deer feed also our horses will do about anything for them. Paid 80$ for a ton last year. looking for sugar beets too. Don't seem to grow them over here.

    Mike, There is a huge produce auction 3 days a week at Wakarusa Ind. They sell some of the poorer quality vegtables and fruit really cheap at times. Only a few miles south of Michigan. For $80 you could get a ton of hay. My horses like that. The deer can eat out somewhere else.
