There was another thread about getting 3 4-piece mcnuggest, med. fry and med drink for less than a meal deal. I googled the Mcdonalds nutritional facts and came up with....

    (3) 4 piece McNugget 170 calories, 90 from fat, 10 g of fat, 1 g trans fat so
this gives 510 calories, 270 from fat, 30 g of fat, 3 g of trans fat for the 3 boxes
    (1) Med drink 210 calories, no fat
    (1) Med fry 380 calories, 180 from fat, 20 g of fat, 5 g trans fat

So the whole meal is 1100 calories, 450 calories from fat, 50 g of fat, and 8 g of trans fat. Not a bad deal if you're looking to calories per dollar.

    Here is the website... http://www.mcdonalds.com/app_controller.nutrition.index1.html

Take a look at the Deluxe breakfast (1220 cal and 61 g of fat, 11 g trans fat and 480 mg of cholesterol) Yeesh!!! And the Double Quarter pounder is 730 calories, 40 g of fat, 3 g trans fat, and 160 mg of cholesterol).

Ouch. Maybe I'll make a sandwich.

From what I have seen McDonald's does not have anything that could actually be called "food".
