Calf damaged eye! Help

Hi All, two days ago a worker was herding calves and one calf got clipped in the eye with a stick. The calf kept its eye squinted/Closed for the next few hours. The next day it seemed better however the eye is weeping watery liquid down his face under the eye. I fear he may have lost vision in the eye, is there anything I can do or give him? He’s about 2 and a half months old... thanks for any suggestions ...
