Good for you. I butchered chickens one year, but decided to take them to the poultry processing place now. I had done the processor in previous years but did my own once just to be sure I knew from experience how to do it. You are probably a pro at it as it looks like you are very organized about it. Happy eating.

there Really is not a lot to it. It took us an hour. THe loader tractor is a HUGE benefit though.

Is this the right "there"? It must be. "their" does not work.

mabey my sentance structure is wrong???

good job..Now its time to make sausages,,yestrday was the first attemt at smking sausages,,Seems it workt well..

Dad is out of pork. We will butcher the rest around haloween. THe other pigs belong to other family members
