I find eggs like that from time to time, too. I think it is just how the egg is formed... maybe even due to excess calcium.
Bumpy Eggs
A few of my chickens lay eggs with rough bumps on the top of them. What causes this? Any cures?

No need to worry about a cure, its from extra calcium or just how the egg was hardened/formed inside before it was laid. I get a few "sand paper eggs" once in a while.
