I was given a Hampshire ewe lamb. She was a triplet and her two siblings died. She was being bottlefed by the farmer, who found the task to be a bit too much at the time. He gave me the lamb, and she is not gaining weight. She never took a bottle for me, but she is eating grain. She was born in January. She has developed scours recently, and I don't know what to do for her. She seems to be eating fine (14% sweet feed), and grazing fine on pasture. I am new to lambs and sheep. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

I'd worm her using double dosed Safeguard to be sure you're killign tape worms and again in 2 weeks. She is too old for a bottle anyhow.

Get some Spectam Scour-Halt and some Lamb electrolytes, and cross your fingers.
