Cut the toe off a knee high (nylon) and two holes near the middle for the legs. Slide the hose over her head (will probably take two people) and over her body. Trim the hose if need be so it isn't tight around her neck and reach your hand in and adjust the wing to it's natural resting position. The hose will hold the wing in place so it can heal.
I have a rehab friend who does birds / waterfowl and she uses this for wings with great success.
