I have a guilt thats about 3 years old. She's in with a boar now but hasn't been bred yet. Will an older pig still breed?

Might. I have heard that gilts can lose fertility if they get too old. That's talked about in other species too so I suspect it is true.

I had heard that too. Didn't know if it was true or not but the fella that told me that is a pretty upstanding guy. I'm in the mountains of east tn.
