on what day of gestation do we put the nesting boxes in? Is it 28-30 days for birth? Please refresh my memory? We have 2 that will be 28 days on the 26th. Thanks!

oh, I have 2 rabbits that I didnt write down when they were bred... :nono: I think it was about 2 weeks ago... can I put those boxes in early?

    Thanks

For me, I usually put the nestbox in at 28 days. Everything I've read (and my experience has backed it up) is that 31 days is the average rabbit gestation. I'll let you know on thursday if it turns out this go-round.

Yes you can put the nest boxes in early. Just keep a watch and keep them cleaned out and freshened up-some rabbits will use them as a bathroom.
