What is her normal routine? What is her normal behavior? What was the breeding date? Breed? Sire breed?

She’s getting corn, and yes she’s peeing and pooping.

She gets fed corn and hay twice a day. She usually eats, and isn’t laying down in the corner. She was bred early August, she’s a hampshire and sire is a vamp cross.

She has hay, won’t eat that either. Haven’t checked temp, yes, she’s halterbroke

That's what I'm thinking. It's not really "fever;" it's low blood calcium.

Given her due date and absent any other symptoms, yes. Bovines seem to succumb to it days after giving birth. Ovines tend to have problems with a week or so before lambing. You can always drench with calcium, it isn't going to hurt and you'll know with a day or so.
One thing to be aware of ewes always seem to have bloat troubles when they get it. So, have your baking soda/vegetable oil solution handy.

Shes the same, her vulva is a bit more swollen this morning but that’s the only thing different.

If she doesn't respond to the calcium drench, you can inject calcium gluconate subcutaneously. The IV method is for professionals as you can stop their heart with too much of it.

You can try drenching her with electrolyte solution, or inject her SQ with CMPK solution.
I've used both with heavy bred animals, and it worked to bring them around.
If it were my ewe, I'd inject 60 cc's per side, SQ, and repeat in 4-6 hours. Keep an eye on her. Do NOT feed her any more corn, but make sure that hay and fresh water are available.
If she is still down, keep her propped up on her sternum with straw or hay bales. Move her legs occasionally if you can.
