How do you do thiis ? Just let them dry ?
Peppers will cross quite easily.....so if you had any other peppers....they may be a cross next year. Otherwise...yes, I just pick a really nice one and save the seeds out of it on a paper plate till they dry, then put them into an envelope and store in a cool, dry place.
Peppers need to be ripe for the seed to be viable. I let mine get kinda wrinkled. Then put the seeds on a plate and dry for a week or more,
This year the peppers were not ripe so i put them on a table till they turned red.
