I made beef and vegetable soup Thursday night, enough to freeze.

It was the first time making it and after eating it I decided it needed tomatoe sauce.
I didn't get to pick any up till last night.
Do yall think the soup is still good Monday morning?

I'm glad cause its a big pot of soup!

It should be good. I would eat it if it were at my house. To err on the side of caution, bring it back up to a good simmer when you re-heat it and add the tomato sauce. Let it simmer a few minutes. Most everything that makes us sick is killed off by temps that high.

Aw I didnt do that..I figured freezing and a reheating would take care of it :eek:
