We're trying to find a plan for building barn type doors (two doors latching in the middle) for the garage. The garage opening is 9ft x 7' 10". We haven't been able to find any plans or designs yet. If we could just see some basic drawings, we could knock it out before winter comes.

Have you tried typing "barn door plans" into google and see what you come up with?

Roller track or swing type? Swing is a pain unless you have room for them to swing in so that snow does not block them..... the roller type usually have plans in the hardware packages.

didn't think about the plans being in the hardware packages. Yep I've tried google, haven't found a free one yet. I did see some good photos though that may be enough
