Need to find a manual for the Bale Master slide in bale handler (truck mounted). This machine is bright blue in colour, we have been told it was made by Ford or New Holland! Any idea's?????

E bay but I checked. What exactly does this thing do? Freeman made a lot of bale equipment too.

Thanks for the suggestion Ross. It's one of the bale haulers that slides and bolts into the back of a truck, not the ones made by hydra-deck. It is designed to carry two bales at a time but we keep having trouble with the chain and the arms and we're looking for a manual because we are hoping it could pinpoint the actual cause of the problem. Unfortunately, it's old enough that the make and any model or serial numbers are missing and we're hoping someone might have enough information to at least help us out with a brand so we can find a manual. We'd be willing to order from the manufacturer if we could figure what manufacturer to order from.

I see your problem, there were/are so many little machine shops all over making similar equipment. I found a dealer selling "bale master" spears, perhaps they made movers in their youth? The dealers web addy is Bob Smith Equip
