Hi all, first off- Don't Judge A Website By It's Homepage. I recently drove two hours to buy a $200.00 dairy goat. My decision was primary based on the squared away (impressive) website and the knowledgeable conversations I had with the breeder. Boy was I let down, the farm was a filthy shambles, the goat I was ready to buy was suffering from a terrible bout with worms and it's overall condition was poor. She had recently kidded and one of her kids was dead and lying next to her mom during our brief visit. The owner acted as if this was common and even got annoyed when we decided not to purchase the milker. Plenty more to tell you but I think I have made by point. Website are deceiving so beware!!!!
P.S. Don't forget to spray your shoes with Lysol whenever you visit stockyards or questionalble goat farms.
