Backup , which Files ??

..............I purchased the Webroot Virus protection program and one other and it keeps asking me to make a set of backup disk(s) . Under the "C" drive there are about 20 choices , some with alphanumeric names that I have NO IDEA as too what they are . Can someone give me a specific list of files I need for a backup set of CD's . Also , I've got (2) CD\RW at 700 mb each , will these be large enough for a backup set of CD's or , are there cd's with greater capacity I should be using ? , thanks , fordy:shrug:
