My 4 day old baby goat has a slightly swollen pink eye lid and her eye is occasionally running clear fluid.
Her eye is clear and she seems other wise compleatley healthy.
Any ideas on what this could be?
    Thanks

Have you checked the eye lashes. They could be turned under causing the watering and redness. Put eye ointment in the eye to clear the redness. Sometimes the lid is curled but you can't see it. If it doesn't clear up in 24 hoours after using the ointment, then take it to the vet.

I did notice yesterday that her eyelid did look curled in and when we were looking at her eye the eye lid looked like it poped back to its normal place.
Her eye is not running today but the lid is still pink and swollen.

Sounds like a (inverted) eyelid where the eyelashs are iritateing the eye which makes it water and it will cause swelling. We've had that happen before and our vet something like a ladies (eyelash) curler and that did the trick.
