Christmas and New Year's are two holidays when many feel sad, depressed or stressed. Need not be, however. Since the article is online, here's the link:

It's just out a few minutes ago. A word from the Wise is sufficient.

Our two sons (with DIL and girlfriend) are home from the U.S., so we have all the kids home for Christmas. We're grateful for that, since we know that may not last.

And how! Hi, Melissa. How goes life up your way? We're staying busy in our corner of the world, as you might expect.

Today is DS#1 and DIL's 1st wedding anniversary. Wow.

We hope to get a Christmas pic of the family while they're all here. We got one last year this time, in the U.S., but DS#2's girlfriend wasn't in that one.

Had a great moment Sat. night: listening to DD play in music school presentation here in the neighborhood with the whole family and about 20 other friends who had come for a Christmas party at our house. Wonderful sense of joy and contentment.
