Actually, they all suck..

People should avoid sugar all together.. Give it a decade and they'll find something wrong with stevia too..

Adding sugar to ones diet is always bad.. We get enough sugar in the form of processed foods.. Learn to live without it and you'll be MUCH happier.. and you'll even save a lot of money..

I drink unsweetened, home-made green tea.. Wife makes me a gallon of it.. I fill a glass with 4 parts water, and 1 part from the gallon.. nothing else.. I've never been happier..

I would not be much happier with out sugar :) The human body runs on sugar.
Western diets ingest far too much sugar for good health.. Things like high fructose corn syrup cause diabetes..

Back in the 1800's, the average person consumed about 18 lbs of sugar per year.. In the 1900's, that number was up to 80 or 90 lbs per year..

Today, its about 180 lbs per year....

and people wonder why so many are diabetic.
