We are thinking of selling meat, specifically pork & chicken, possibly lamb goat & eventually beef, at our local farmers market. No one currently is selling meat there. We know about licensing etc, but we are getting down to the nitty gritty. How do we logistically keep the cold stuff cold? We are thinking of getting a designated trailer that we put a freezer in. We can plug it in at home & at the farmers market, which is 15 minutes from home. We'd park the trailer in the animal free garage when not at market. So I am wondering what others do. Thanks.
