I'm buying some property in BC, and was approved for a mortgage but not for the property I want. Can anyone help me in finding a lender that will be willing to help me get this beautiful piece of wilderness?

I'm in BC too, but I sure can't suggest a lender just because I don't know much about that stuff. Try the local credit union in the area as they usually are more accessable because they want people staying in their community. Or, talk to the local credit union and ask them who they recommend.

    Good luck,

You have to be more specific about what the problem is, and then I might be able to help you or explain why you are having trouble financing your land. McLeod

Ask your realtor to recomend a mortgage broker, they are strictly in business to help people find financing that fits specific needs. They work from a deep portfolio of lenders. Are you able to tell us why your lender declines to finance the property of your choosing?
