    MMMMM...great stuff!

6-7 large apples, any type will do, sliced and cored.
1/2 c. butter, homemade is best
    1/2 c. honey
3 or more to taste TBSP. Cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. allspice

Fry up the apples in the butter, add the spices, fry a few more minutes....until fork tender, add the honey, heat until bubbly. Serve over ice cream, or with any meat dish...yum!

Hi Natasha! Thanks for the recipe. How does it compare with the one I have in the book? How did that one turn out for you? I hate to put in a new recipe when I already have one like it. And, please, next time, post your recipe or recipe test in the right chapter. For an apple recipe, that would be the Tree Chapter.
I just got back from my trip through the western states and am getting busy right now on printing your 10th edition chapters for you!
    Gratefully,
    Carla
