At my check-up at the Dr. tomorrow, he'll ask that.
so, do i tell him in the last two weeks, my sis shattered her ankle, and broke her knee (at 83) my brother went for knee replacement (at 81) and ended up on life support, flat brain waves, my SIL wont let him go because she "needs" his pension, other SIL is on dialisis, and dying, I've had a virus for a week--and this morning on the way to work, someone ran my son off the road--oh, and my neighbors died within 4 hours of each other yesterday-- but, as is typocal-- i'll say-everythings fine-

I think I'd tell my doctor when he asks that question. I'd think it could affect you blood pressure. Sorry to hear about all you family problems.

Well, I was feeling sorry for myself this morning because I was getting dressed and slipped on a sock. Landed on my rump in the closet, hitting my arm on the closet door as I fell.
A few body parts and a good portion of my dignity still hurt but after reading your post I am reminded to keep things in perspective.

((hugs)) to you ceresone. Is your son okay?
Make sure to tell your doctor about your virus.

Tell your doctor. Stress can effect your health. You may need an antianxiety or sleep aid on a tempoary basis. You need to treat the entire being, spirit and body. Otherwise you are just looking at controling symptoms not curing the problems. But I hope this is just a check up and there are no problems.
Praise God you are alive and functioning. Keeping a positive outlook will keep you healthier.

When Queen Elizabeth had a year like that, she called it "annus horribilus". I'd say yours qualifies.

I also think it's important that you tell your doctor what is going on. Stress can have a very large effect on our immune system, which may be why you caught this virus in the first place, and it may affect your treatment.

I'm sending a cyber-hug -- it sounds like you could use one!

Oh,--and i forgot the everyday problems--for awhile--my hubby has cancer of the brain and alzheimers--and just heard my ex (of 45 years ago) also has cancer of the brain.
wish they had a "smiley" with a cloud over it. yes, this is supposed to be a checkup, they say my hearts fine--but as of now, every member has died of heart problems.
    thanks, everyone
