Recipe for White Castle hamburger stuffing
10 White Castle hamburgers (pickle removed)
1 1/2cup Celery, diced
1 1/4tsp Ground thyme
1 1/2tsp Ground sage
3/4tsp Coarse ground black pepper
1/4cup Chicken broth

In a large mixing bowl, tear the White Castle hamburgers into pieces and add diced celery and seasonings. Toss and add chicken broth. Toss well. Stuff cavity of turkey just before roasting.

Makes about 9 cups (enough for 10-12 lb bird).

NOTE: Allow 1 White Castle hamburger for each pound of turkey, which will be the equivalent of 3/4 cup stuffing per pound.

Darn you. You had to get me wanting White Castles now. Any truck drivers out there making a Cleveland to Buffalo run in the next few weeks?

I was reading your post about the fish outhouse parade and thinking I bet they eat some of the 'fish-that-defies-nature' ya'll eat up that way and now you hit us with 'slider stuffing'. I'm thinking I need to send ya'll some real food recipies. Does your Mrs. ever miss real food?
