Take a look at these grain elevator buckets. Add a D-ring caribiner on two corners and attach to the fence. They say they will send you three for FREE. I sent off for mine. I normally pay almost $10.00 for the same thing.

Dang! I sent for 3 too. I left all the gobbledygoop at the bottom of the form empty, but the contact info is there. We'll see what happens. Thanks!

I just sent for mine, too. Thanks for the link.

I'm not sure I understand how these things are SUPPOSED to be used, but I think I will know how to use them here - LOL!

First off what I do with them is drill holes in opposite corners of each bucket and go to Home depot and get 2 of the snap links which look like climbing caribiners. These go through the hole and are used to clip to the fence. The clip rings cost 99 cents at home depot.

The guy on ebay wants way to much for his buckets at $10.00 each. I buy the feeders at my feed store WITH the clip rings in 14 inches vs 12 inches for $9.65.

The guy on ebay with the buckets is what got me doing a google search though.

This was posted about a week or so back, the company has asked to have the post/link removed. Sorry, can't recall which forum it was on, best to all, Liese

I never got these...I suppose that most other folks didn't either. I guess they weren't really giving them away then, huh?

It was probably only to commercial / business customers. Bummer!

This is funny, I was going to ask you all if you ever received yours. I figured we never would. It was a nice try.

C'mon now, don't bash the company ... they were giving them away as samples to folks who would be qualified to buy more to retrofit their elevators -- not to goat people who are just looking for a free feeder. LOL. I can understand why they would want to be discerning about all the expense of sending stuff someplace where they'd never have a reasonable expectation of getting a sale. How about you?

UNDER EDIT: I just looked at their prices....check them out, and you may understand even better why goat producers are not going to get their products as samples. ;)
