Question: Can you age rabbit meat after its been frozen?
I had to butcher 14 the day before vacation so I didn't get to age the meat
and really don't need that many stew rabbits.

I sure would not want to thaw it out----then let it age---then refreeze---Naw. That is about the only way we do our rabbits---we put them in a crock pot---slow cook till tender----debone/divide the meat into serving size--with broth-----freeze-----then when we want we take a frozen pack out and make rabbit bogs(rabbit cooked in rice) we add hillshire sausage---Very Very Good!!
