Dad had an excellent day today, he was totally coherent and we talked for several hours today! I visited him early afternoon, then he had a nap, after supper i went out to see him again, funny thing he picked up our conversation right where he dozed off earlier in the day! We had a very good talk. He said he wanted homemade chicken soup. Who am i to argue with a request like that?

Just so happened i had a whole chicken in the fridge i was going to piece out and grill for the rest of the weeks lunch, so i reallotted that bird for dad. I must say i do chicken soup very well. He will like it mucho grande!! LOL

Plus, I got the yard mowed, rearranged the living room a little and got bills paid. Yes it was a good day!!!
