Howdy Last kidding of the season arrived last night nearly a week early. I had started confinement that morning expecting the kids Friday or Saturday. Inspite of the baby monitor being turned up I didn't have a clue until I let the dogs out and heard a wee kid crying. Nigerian first timer delivered twin bucklings on her own. Although small they seem healthy. Still watching to see if new mom and kids can get on the same page in the nursing department. The jury is still out but I think it's going to be ok. The last five kids delivered here have been a straight run of boys. I think I need a sack of black chicken bones or turtle teeth or something that'll hex up some doelings next time. Glad they're here in one piece though.
