Bought an '80 Ford F-250 awhile back with a nonrunning inline 6. Asked a few questions around here and got some good advice. Decided a rebuild was in order. Found severely worn bearings and camshaft, all the top rings were broken and the cylinder head was cracked. http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=11492&id=1746466458&l=2dc8a03f18 Got new: Head Valves Bearings Rings Camshaft Cam gears Lifters Clutch pad Throw out bearing Water pump Oil pump Alternator Voltage regulator Been working on it for the last couple of months and finally finished it. Got it all back together on Saturday with the help of a couple of buddies. Started immediately on the first try, and we took it out and began the break in. That thing sounds REAL nice! Got a strong 4 speed tranny with an NP205 T-case, Dana 44 front and 60 rear.
