ms piggy had her litter 3 weeks ago, 12 in litter 1 died at birth, black face
farrowed late last night 13 all doing well, next sow should farrow within 2 weeks. we have one large field for 3 sows and 1 boar then section it off (electric fence)so each so can farrow by herself. piggy babies was going under wire to nurse of black face (she was producing milk 3-4 days prior to farrowing) so we had to add a lower strand of wire to keep babies on their side, didint want the older babies bumping new babies from mamma.
    everyone is doing well.

    have a great day

WOW! Sounds like you have your hands full! What are you going to do with all these piggies? Are you going to sell them or raise them yourself?

I know this is a stupid question but do you have to help pigs when they are giving birth like I normally do for my dogs? I am guessing no, but I had to ask.
