I have 3 properties I got at a tax sale many years ago. Unfortunately two are landlocked; the 5 acres and the 1 acre. They still have good timber and might be good hunting or building sites. I've heard you can't keep anyone off their land in Missouri even if it's landlocked but I don't know exactly what that means in practice. The 1/3 acre lot is in a subdivision near Ft. Wood. It might make a good RV "camping lot". The 5 acres is about 6 miles north of St. Robert and is all wooded. It is off a county road and fairly secluded. The 1 acre lot is near the post gate and is also wooded. I would sell or trade any/all for other property more useful to me or maybe something else. I am looking for a decent RV. We also have 4 acres with a mobile home in southern Missouri, electric but no well (yet). If we upgrade this spring it will be available for sale for about $17,000.
