... for a raffle ticket that is!

So... would you buy one (or more) of the 5,000 raffle tickets printed to be the hopeful winner?

Taxes may get you though, $3,500 a year.

You will also pay some heavy income tax if you 'win'.

I wondered about that, I see he has it associated with a charity, I guess that would take care of *some* of the taxes on his side.

Since we can't get our house sold I was thinking about it last night and wondering if we shouldn't try something like that to sell our place.... :p but I can't help thinking it would be a logistical nightmare!

You'd have to really be sure what the laws are in your area. Could end up in a passle of hot water!

Hope you sell your place soon, tho. Know how hard it can be sitting around waiting for something to sell.

I see the disclaimer of "part of the money will go to charity" wonder how much part is betting not much. not a bad looking place odds arent bad for a gambler. but I'd have to sell it too sure wouldnt live their.

If I lived in the area I'd be strongly tempted.

Wow, I'm sure tempted. But that doesn't matter much if you don't have the money. :) It is a beautiful place.
