I think I will be putting on the winter coat this morning. The horses will be getting extra feed as well.

Good luck to you and your horses weathering temps like that. I almost feel guilty expecting 60 in VA today!

Here in SE MO it is 39 and raining. It has been raining for 3 days straight. All the creeks are flooding so bad school will probably be called off tomorrow.

Wow, that's dedication, -7 and you're planning on working outside. It sure wouldn't be me! I'm having visions of teapots when it gets below thirty!

Been raining 3 days now and our drought is really over. It is about 60 degrees. There are 4 ways out here and 3 are flooded out.The one way out is 20 miles out of the way, so we are staying put.I can now take a hot bath every nite. Water water everywhere. Nancy

I'm glad to hear your drought is over. I'll bet it will be nice now that it's taken care of!

It's not as cold here, but what we lack in coldness, we are more than making up for in wet muddy nastiness. STOP RAINING!!! :(

Our high was seventy five today, the low tonight will be mid-fifties. Haven't had a real frost yet and two of the most common weeds in my garden at the moment are volunteer tomatoes and peppers! My pear trees are blossoming too.

North Florida isn't exactly known for being cold in the winter, but even by our standards this year has largely been a non-winter.

You "yanks" can keep that chilly weather up there!!! Worked in a "T" shirt Saturday, 68 today and expecting 71 Monday(NC). Have not had to fire the wood heater for nearly a week-YES. Supposed to drop into the 20s-40s by Wed. for a few days. Sure hate to see winter coming back, wc
