...........I receive emails several times a week from X Heli.com advertising lots of low priced drones . Some of the ones they showed me were priced up around $175 to $190 , but were on sale for ~$50 to $90 or so . For instance some models have 4 axis , 6 channel , return home , with a controller having a screen showing the images the HD camera is 'seeing' and\or recording . To be able to record lots of topographical images would require lots of gigabytes of memory storage.......like a 64 Gig memory card I'd think !
...........So , I'm trying to compile a list of features that I'd like a drone to come equipped with and then I'll be able to sort through all the various features that their drones possess and UNderstand those features that they list for the drones they sell . Anyone willing to explain the many features that drones come with would certainly help me and anyone else hereabouts who is considering purchasing a drone but needs a little help with their decision . , thanks , fordy
..........Just watched several vids on Utube , lots of info ! In short , drones with basic photographic attributes will start around $700 and go up from there . I have a lot more research to do . , fordy
Many of those youtube videos will have details in the summery including the type of drone/equipment used in the segment, then you can see for yourself outside of the manufacturer what people can do with specific models.
...........................
............someone would have to be awfully stupid to spend a $1,000 or so on a drone so they could fly around and look through folks windows doing the natural activities of pleasuring themselves ! that's when the 12ga. with #6 shot blows the drone into pieces . , fordy
Fordy I know this is going to come as a shock to you but when it comes to sex people can get pretty stupid.
Oh forget the sex part people can get pretty stupid in about any way possible........
They have passed laws in most states, maybe a Federal one even. You can't shoot down a drone spying on your nakid daughter and friends in the back yard pool.
so if your wanting to shoot one down hyave cash on hand for a lawyer and to pay for the drone.
Unless your going to spend thousands of dollars on a high end drone you are going to find with the slightest of wind they can become uncontrollable. I can use mine and I have several only on no wind days outside or I have to keep them in the barn where there is no wind. My son has lost a few, once the wind gets ahold of it say good bye.
I read something on them a few months ago....forget most of it though. I believe the article was in Popular Mechanics, and was within the last year, if you'd want to search for it at the library.
What I DO remember is, you want one that is EASY to find affordable parts for repairs, and one that you can make MOST repairs yourself. That's a LITTLE help, anyway.
Good grief that’s insane!
The upside is that’s the sorta stuff that will get them shut down.
Unless you live on a drone airport!
What are you doing that’s so interesting ?
