This is a highly controversial thread... be civil.
Earlier I smelled of horse, Endure fly spray, and Mrs Meyers basil scented cleaner. Now that I'm scrubbed and ready for the public, I smell of La Vie Est Belle. At this moment I'm free of dog hair too.
Mr. Pixie smells divine, it's some sort of summery Burberry but he did smell of weed whacker engine and grass. That's slightly better than chainsaw tho.
My husband says that I always smell like sunshine and declared that this is my natural scent. I think he means I smell like someone whose skin smells warm because they have been lying out in the sun. I take this as a compliment meaning I am hot stuff.
I cannot smell myself of course but imagine it is mostly shampoo - green apple or pomegranate - as these are the only perfumed products I use.
One of our Huskies always smelled of Jasmine. Pure Jasmine and very strongly, particularly on the top of the head. We thought it might be hand transfer when we pet him or rubbed his ears but none of us had any Jasmine scented products. He never smelled like a dog even when wet - just diluted Jasmine.
My husband smells lovely to me. He has his own particular scent. I think that scent has a lot to do with attraction - not just sexual but in making friends. I think all of my friends smell lovely - different but lovely - and noticed years ago that those people who did not smell nice to me did not enter my life. And I don`t mean someone who smells of DW40 or sheep or horses or cigarettes or too much cologne or perfume but their natural scent. Just gets up my nose.
My grand kids smell of Deep Woods Off a lot because now that my daughter has went through nursing school ticks and Lyme disease scare her. It's not a bad smell, or I associate it with my grand kids.
During the day I smell like the feces of 5000 to 6000 assorted dead skin and perspiration consuming bacteria and microbes.
After my evening shower I smell of leather body wash and aftershave as the same assortment of epidermis residing bacteria and microbes prepare to begin eating and pooping most noticeably in my armpits and nether regions as I sleep and they begin their next day of consuming my dead skin cells and perspiration to keep my skin healthy as possible as my body provides it's own evaporation cooling as needed.
I'd have to ask someone else. I can't smell anything this time of year. I suspect it is diesel fuel, grease, cow/sheep manure, and a lot of sweat. But, I have no idea since all I'm doing is mowing while the sun is shining. I apologize to my wife regularly as I go through three shirts, two pairs of underwear and two pairs of socks everyday until mid-June.
It's allergy season so I can't smell much of nothing but I imagine I smell like smoke, horse manure, sweat, and dog. Getting ready for my nightly bath though so should smell a bit better here in an hour or so. Scented soap and current flavor is Moonlit Glow. No perfume ever then my nose really stops up.
Right now, I smell like vanilla/ almond body wash and lotion....definitely subject to change...going to be over 80 degrees today and going on the job site ( building a house ) with the students!
Before class I smell like either lilac essential oil or one that is a mix of oils and very exotic smelling. Depends on my mood is what I am going to put on, as they are light and illusive. In the morning I smell like cotton sheets, horse fly spray, and hay.
My husband smells like a man...a bit musky after working in the yard, shaving cream behind the ears where his skin is the softest, and hard work. Love how he smells, makes me smile as I curl up next to him in bed at night, as it is the smell of protection and someone I love heart and soul.
