I have only been in a Starbucks one time in my life. It was midnight and I had just landed at the International Airport in Istanbul, Turkey. The only thing open was the Starbucks. A cup of coffee was $18.00 and a hot roll was $12.00, I had a roll. Never again.
Tim Horton's often features theme donuts and I went looking to find the meme of the Langley themed donut but realized it likely exceeded the boundaries of good taste.
I found a couple more recent articles that indicate the woman has a history of behavioral with that particular store but each seem to reference the need more safe injection sites so I'm guessing she wasn't looking for Timbits and a double double.
Starbucks announced that anyone can use their restrooms and spend as much time as the want in the store even if they are not a paying customer. It will be interesting to see how long it takes the shopping cart crowd to set up shop we already have many tent cities in the Seattle area.
A bit of off topic trivia:
Coffee beans are roasted, the vapor that roasted beans emit is caffeine. Coffee companies make a lot of money selling the caffeine that boils out of roasting beans. The longer they roast the beans, the more caffeine is extracted. The longer they roast the beans, the darker the bean gets.
So, your dark roasted coffee will have the least caffeine. Seems like it would be the other way around.
Sorry for the interruption, feel free to return to your scat toss.
I have no issue with the Starbucks a friend and I drink coffee in and play chess on our small box board at while our women shop at the store that the coffee shop is in once every couple months. They spend a hundred or two shopping and he and I spend about 20 bucks each on the coffee of our choice, pastry and a second cup or two and tips as the women spend 90 minutes or so shopping.
