Egg cartons for duck eggs

So the duck hens are doing good work. And I now have a egg buyer who
wants all the duck eggs that I can produce. Currently getting like 8 eggs a day
from the Khaki Campbells. So I been using jumbo or extra large egg cartons
for these eggs. Today my son brings me 3 adult Pekin hens. And one of their
eggs. Well trust me....that size egg will NOT fit into a jumbo carton. Sigh.
So the search is on to find a source for egg cartons for giant eggs.
I already been to a few sites and I am NOT paying almost $ 1 for 1 carton.

In the past, I have ordered from www.eggcartons.com . I got the jumbo cartons.
I also viewed the cartons on Strombergs web site.

I don't need the smaller sizes as my customers are trained to bring me back the empties.

The jumbo ones at the right price are going to be the problem.

I keep thinking something from the dollar store and only to put like 4 or 6 duck
eggs per container. The big eggs are going to be like a treat for people. I call
it niche marketing for lack of a better term.

I also been saving the smaller size cartons for the bantam eggs when those girls
start laying more. I will hatch a lot of those eggs come spring.

Our TSC has large type egg cartons. Not jumbo ones. I have never seen flats there.

I did find some jumbo cartons at another local farm store. for 33 cents. Still not big
enough for these duck eggs.

I can put the eggs into any size container in my frig. I hope to sell some of the big duck
eggs at some point. Flats won't work for that. They are open on top and the eggs would move.

Okay, bringing this back up in hopes someone can help point me in the right direction to search.

The 3 pekin duck hens are now laying. HUGE eggs.
There is no way I can even think about using a regular carton for them.
Jumbos do NOT work. No way big enough.

If I can find a carton to fit them, then I can sell some of them to help with this feed bill.
I do not have a male Pekin and I will not be buying one. I have 2 cayugas males.
I am not thinking of hatching any of the pekin eggs.

I need some BIG egg cartons......

Well, I have a crazy idea. See if the produce manager of your local supermarket would save you some fruit flats (as pictured). They come in different cup sizes and there are probably some just the right size.
You could cut them to size, and sandwich the eggs between 2 layers, held together with a rubber band or something.
I'll ask in my Homesteading Hacks group if anyone has any better ideas.

Duck flat maybe okay for my home use.
BUT. I will be selling these eggs. They need some kind of cover/ top.
A container as good as a regular egg carton.

I do a market in the better weather. I need a way to stack eggs
in my cooler. I am thinking maybe 4 or 6 of the pekin eggs in one container.
