Blind is only 5 years old but is sort of a mess. Squirrels have chewed a hole in the door and part of the frame. I had shelf made with some left over T 1-11 and they have chewed it all away and made a royal mess inside. wood peckers have pecked a couple holes in it too.

Come January the squirrels will get thined out by a bunch, matter of fact a whole bunch. Already making ready to slow cook thre meat off the bones and grind into a sandwich spread, add to cooked rice with gravey and other yummy recipes for squirrel.

Probably one of the best things about my metal clad blind it it is anti squirrel.

I suppose they could chew the window frames if the metal isn't to slippery for them to get to them.

Find some more steel and clad it so the squirrels can't chew holes in it and the wood peckers wreck their peckers trying to put holes in it.

Watched them today since it wasn't raining for a change.
Season is closed till December 1st how ever can't have deer hunters roaming The woods with 22 rim fire guns to while thr time away waiting for a deer to shoot.

Now why would mice and squirrels stay away from my mothballed blind? Yet when I tried moth balls to keep mice and squirrels out of my travel trailer it didn't work at all? Didn't do any thing to keep the moles out of my yard either.

Decon worked in ther travel trailer and milky spore worked to get the moles out of my yard.
