Please can someone help. I have chronic burstis in both my hips and my left shoulder and elbow i have had injections but at almost $200 an injection for a pensioner is just unreasonable and they only seem to help for a couple of weeks and i need something more permanent.
I am in so much pain after 2 hours so im begging for any suggestions that a pensioner can afford.
Please please. I was suggested to try magnesium citrate but can anyone tell me more.

try an antiinflammatory diet, get rid of dairy, grains and switch to lots of raw veg and fruit. eat ginger and turmeric. Lots of info if you search for it, should start to see difference in less then a week but may take some time for total relief

Ok, you have to be careful of everything in life but if you stay away from Chinese supplements and stay with US made from food you should be fine. They are just trying to scare people. Deaths from supplements are almost non-existent compared to almost 100k per year from prescription meds which that number comes from the CDC website. Most hospital visits because of supplements are from stimulate and erection type ones.
Don't trust the FDA since they do not test any drugs, they only read the reports from studies paid for by manufacturer.
Every drug recalled by the FDA was once approved by the FDA.

I found that an Omega-3 fish oil helps me. When my bursitis is bad I need 3000mg /daily to gain control of it. then I can ease back down to 2000mg/day.
How long did it take before you started seeing results when you first started? I know a lot of times it has to get to a certain level, different for everyone I guess, before you see results.
My dh has been in pain for over a year, no insurance, unemployed and scraping by.
We've tried a few different herbal supplements but it is not working.
In the past year here someone posted a thread about exercises for possible shoulder tendonitis which helped him a little. He had always worked hard but it seemed like a while after he lost his job, his body just started breaking down.
