I've always thought that it was enough to take care of my customers. The kind of business I ran left nothing to be ashamed of.
- The items I sell are as described.
- I answered questions quickly.
- I package my products well.
- I shipped items promptly.
- I paid my eBay fees on time.
I always thought that if I did those things that I would be fine. I've been an eBay seller for 13 years, and up until 6 months ago I was a PowerSeller and a Top-Rated Seller. Today I'm suspended for poor seller performance. It's just hard to believe.
I ordered the eBay Stealth book and have been studying it, but I'm having second thoughts about creating a new eBay identity. I'm thinking that regardless of what I do that things may continue to deteriorate at eBay. My efforts may be better spent in other business directions.
