Wow! Thanks for checking Tall Pines. Glad to know the package is on track! It is probably a little heavier than most of the others.
I put money for postage in there, if it is not enough, let me know and I will send more. I didn't know a lot of people were sending extra stuff, too. COOL!
Thanx!

I'm going to pack my extra stuff in an envelope in the morning and snail mail it to you.... hopefully you can divide it up some how....
I'm also swamped, the barn builder have finally shown up and I'm trying to get ready to visit my parent in Texas.... I just wish there were more hours in a day and I had the strength to keep going.

I have cut 30 rectangles of each of my three fabrics. Somebody posted that they cut 32 and that has confused me. Is 30 of each kind correct? If so, I'll be mailing mine in this week.

The signup limit will be 30. So you send 30 + 1 for the hostess. (If I remember right) ya'll correct me if I am wrong!!!

The number of pieces to send~~~~
Sign up ends at midnight tonight. I think it unlikely that anyone else is going to sign up.
So-----28 pieces is the correct number to send.
Except ~~~ I'm not quite sure about the situation with 4PIGS.
She was quite enthused about participating but has been unable to post since before we began sign-up. And when she was last here she thought this SWAP would not begin until May. So I went out on a limb when I put her name down as a participant, hoping she'll get back online before sign-up ended.
So -- what it boils down to is 25 (for sure) participants plus one extra hostess piece equals 26 pieces.
Until I get a definative answer from 4PIGS, I'd like to ask you to send 28 pieces, just incase she intends to be included. I know this isn't according to protocal but I'd like to make room for ther if she ever gets bsck from the woods.
So ----- The final number is "28" pieces of each of your 3 prints.
Any pieces that you send that are EXTRA will be returned to you;
or; if you choose, I will mix up all the extra's and send you a different print from the EXTRA mix.

I'm afraid I am going to have to drop out - the postage just works out too expensive I am afraid. Its very disappointing but at this time it is the way things are.
Many thanks for giving me the opportunity to join in - I hope you all have great fun

Oh Hoggie...that is a bummer! Maybe you can join us for one of the other swaps where we just have one pardner! Having someone join us from the UK would be kewl beans! We are talking about an apron or hot pads or some other type of swap. Keep watching for it in the future!!!!
I had to chuckle at the fact that I am In the dryer!!!! Couldn't be more truthful! LOL!
They are ready to be cut now...so happy to be "out of the dryer"! Will try to get to it tomorrow or Wednesday.

MamaJohnson - I see that you ordered your fabric on line, I was wondering if you got to Sharman's in Longview? (I found it yesterday south of Hancock's, take a left on the second street after KMart where McCann makes a left, its on the right.)
They had all kinds of fabric! A really good selection, pebbles, rocks, coffee beans etc. They sell Phaff machines and had some kind of longarm set up and embroidery machines going. And they have a classroom for classes. That store is just stuffed! I bought 25 fat qtrs and got 25 free, signed up for their mailings too. Most of the fabric was in the 5 to 7 dollar range, about like Hancock's.
It's diffinitely worth finding.

Wow Halohead...that sounds like a great store!
I ironed my fabric today...but won't get to cut it out till tomorrow because son called me from work and said he has to go on assignment for a couple of days...soooooo it is laundry time to make sure he has plenty of essentials while he is gone! Hate to send them out into the world with dirty skivvies! LOL! Will let you know when it is on its way to you!
