OK girls! I don't have much to select from here but today I got some fabric with cute little bright colored fish swimming against a blue water background...I hope it's not the same fish pattern as what Halo has...I have my 3 fabrics now and am going to wash and cut this weekend!!!

tallpines---I'm home now. Almost 3 days after I set out on my 1 day tour!!! (we had to haul it back on our flatbed trailer)
The car is torn apart and Bill is furious at the dealership and their lack of service and responsability. I could go on a major RANT about what has happened, but, oh my, we don't need such language on here!!! Sure glad I had my fabric before this all happened, as I will be going nowhere, now, except on foot. And, darn, those stores are too far to walk to!
Have all but one of mine cut. Should be able to get it cut tomorrow.
Thanks for thinking of me!

Material washed just need to iron and cut.
We may be snowed in tomorrow so it is on my list of things to do, after shoveling, or maybe between shoveling sessions.

Wow...those first group of fabrics with the cool "Market chilli peppers" and the Blueberries that look like they are solid in a jar....WOW! and then the second group of fabrics with the coffee beans and the darling multi colored gumballs! Oh goodness...I am trying to talk myself out of the coffee beans! Did anyone else do those? I think that they were moda...but they may have been the ones above that one...they looked like real beans that could easily be in a jar! Kewl "beans"! LOL!

Oops...I noticed that someone had that one...sure hope it is the one in the picture! It is PERFECT~! This is soooo much fun! I am going to wash my fabric today but won't get it cut out till next week. We have company coming today/tonight and then I am co-hostessing a special anniversary surprise for some friends of ours this weekend. So.....Monday or Tuesday will be quiet again and I will cut them out then!

I pm'd you on Feb 24th with 2 of my materials, but since I didn't see them listed with my name I'm not sure you got it. I had picked up a pattern of the tiny green leaves (@ Walmart), but if swampgirl has those, I like them enough I could go get something else. There was a tan version of it also.
I also got a pink color that would work well as either wild plum jelly or butter. I am ordering a piece that has broccoli florets that would look like a pickled version. Let me know if the leaves need to be replaced and I will see what else I can come up with.

Tallpines...my leaves are very very close together and overlapping and have a bit of blue in them...they are blueish/ greenish/yellowish and look like tiny basil leaves only they are the size of oregano leaves. They look like they are crammed into something. Hopefully they are different than the other print. If Isulenes is the one above with the green leaf print...hers sounds different than mine....I have a piece of Walmart green leaf/vine print that comes in green or tan...and this print is different. I will try to find a picture of it if possible.

Isulenes----my apology!
I did get your message on 2-24 but did not get the info moved over here and put on the list.
With Nan's input, it sounds as if the prints are different and so all is fine.
Even if they are the same it will be just 2 squares alike out of almost 90 total so I don't think we have a problem.
Some place in all the "rules" of past Swaps it is suggested that it is better to post right here in the Swap thread, rather than send info via P.M.
I guess this is a good example of why that is recommended Mostly so everyone can make sure the Hostess is doing her job!
Being the "old" swapper that I am, I forget that some of the new participants may not be aware of some of those 'suggestions' that the rest of us are aware of.
Again, I'm sorry for "dropping the ball" on this one.

Update and change !!!!!!! Okay, as I am now on track as to the swap rules, I must change my choices.
Please note on the list.
I have two of the three prints. One is orange slices packed tightly together.
Second is watermelon slices on tan background with black seeds floating.
I am still in search of the third because I am not sure I want to use what I have seen locally. Will post the third, when the choice is made. soon
Thanks, Tallpines for helping me get it straight..!!!!!

Went to hobby lobby today - thinking ahead and looking for shelf and har lid fabrics. They had a really nice wood grain on sale 25% off. It will make great shelves. It's a little dark, though. I think I will use a medium tan for background behind the jars, the wood grain for shelves and sides of the "cabinet" and then I bought a dark almond fabric that has intertwined grape vines on it here and there for a border. I cut out my templates today, too.........now I just need fabric, LOL.
