*blink*

I always suspected, but had not thought it through to the logical conclusion.

OMG.

Thanks for that explanation, Ernie. Sounds like mainly it's the history they bought. Have these identities been created all at once, or have there been companies building them up for a while in order to eventually sell them to the government? Just curious if someone had the foresight to do that. I actually did think about it around 2001-2002 but never did anything like that, partially because I didn't want to be mistaken for a "real" terrorist, but more so because it was just a crazy passing idea.

Our local guy in Lexington on talk radio brought out this story today on air. According to his sources, there is a government contract that is being bid on to run these fake personas. Also according to him they are stealing real people's identitys who do not already have a facebook account and using them for pro-government propaganda. This radio guy, Leland Conway is not a gloom & doomer, but man was he creeped out by it. And I have to agree. He said he would have the contract details up on his website this afternoon called "the pulse" here's the supposed government contract: https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportun...=core&_cview=1
