its been awhile!

it has been a month since I checked in to HT, was shocked to see that when I logged in. its been busy here and we have been enjoying some unseasonably warm, sunny days here in MI.
Next week I am starting an 8 week challenge with several friends: ladies from their mid 20's to mid 50's. its a challenge based on a blog by 6 sisters in Utah, I believe. anyway its good incentive for us all. Looking forward to getting started and for being held accountable.
still have the knee problems and the school no longer lets us in at 6 am to walk in the winter, I know that is no excuse especially with this nice weather we have had. going down to dust off the treadmill.
also I found out I have 3 fairly large kidney stones, its been almost 2 yrs since I had surgery for 2 in my right kidney, now I have 2 in that one and 1 in the left that the dr thinks needs to come out by lithotripsy though my type of stones usually don't respond to this and it can be very damaging to the kidney, so I am still up in the air what to do, my former dr retired and I am still not real happy with this one, he was the 3rd one, I saw when I needed surgery in 2010, and although the surgery was a success, I still am not real happy with him.
Sorry to go on, but its good to be back, I need to check and see how you all have been doing. Pam
