Never heard of them...did she do the diet and exercise that most of those pills say you need to do also for them to work?

There are warnings about taking Synephrine (an ingredient) if you have hypertension or other risks of stroke. It's a stimulant like caffeine and ephedrine.

Jury seems to be out on solo slim from what I can find. No actual studies done...so it's word of mouth from people who have used it.

Please keep us updated on what you find out from your friend....i am sorta interested....I know there is no easy way to loose weight so this COULD help??? sounds almost to good to be true~BUT if your friend lost 100# already, that is great.......
Its seems i am always hungry especially in the evenings so an appetite suppressant could help-maybe....

Thanks for any info........

A good (and yes, very sensible) friend of mine lost 20 lbs. between July and November using SoloSlim Extra Strenth. I ordered some and began taking it around the first of December. I lost six pounds within two weeks. I ate smaller portions, was full faster, and didn't feel the urge to snack all the time. By the end of the second week, I felt "jittery," and decided that maybe I didn't need the extra strengh kind. So I ordered the regular SoloSlim. I started taking that and the jitters subsided. I have not lost much weight in the last few weeks, but I wasn't really even worrying about it through Christmas. I just wanted to not GAIN, which is normally what I do during the holidays. So, my experience so far is that I've gone from about 145 lbs to 135 lbs., and I feel like if I can start regular walking again or working in the yard, I'll lose some more. I've definitely lost inches, because I'm wearing clothes I haven't been able to get into in years.

My friend only takes it about once a week now and she looks good. She thinks that it builds up in your system, and that you probably don't need to take it every day. I'm going to start taking it every other day and see what happens.

Oh, it DOES make you more thirsty. Just drink more water. You need to do that anyway.

Well, the SoloSlim is working again. Have lost two more pounds. I guess getting all that Christmas food out of the house has helped, but I think it's more due to the fact that I'm back at work and back in a routine. I usually eat oatmeal and juice for breakfast, a fiber bar or fruit for a morning snack, a healthy or semi-healthy lunch, and a regular dinner--just whatever I'm cooking for DH. The main thing about the SoloSlim for me is that it helps me not OVEReat. I have a pretty high metabolism, but if you eat huge portions all the time, it catches up with you. The portion control is what's doing it for me I think.
