Tried a fun new workout today.
Hi friends! I'm working on my core strength to help with my ruptured disk, plus trying to slow my mid-thirties spread. I get bored with most workouts, and usually walk outdoors, but it's too cold now. Last weekend, I bought the Dancing with the Stars cardio workout DVD. Boy was it fun, and, let me tell you, I was sweating buckets! If you like to dance (it helps if you have a little dance background, even ballet, as they teach quickly), I highly recommend it. I'll let you know if I see any results, but, so far, I think it will be worth the 10 bucks.
