recovering from a binge

Hi all,

my sons birthday was this weekend so the diet went out the window as the cake was under my nose Sat and Sun.

I decided to blow off the eating for the weekend. Now that it is Mon. I am back on WW.

So.... If I blow off a few days, I wonder when I should look at the scale again as to not be depressed. I had just hit a new low on the scale before the B-day. overall I guess things are going well. Tues is my WW weigh in. mybe I use my "get out of jail free" card this week
