Finally, 9th Circuit Gets It Right

In a 2-1 decision issued on February 13th, the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled "San Diego County violates the Constitution's Second Amendment by requiring residents to show 'good cause'" before being allowed "to obtain a concealed carry permit."

Who'd have thought the ultra-liberal 9th Circuit in CA would come up with this ruling?

The tone had already been set by the Supreme Court. There's no doubt the Second Amendment is an individual right just like the other amendments. I look forward to more law suits in the other freedom infringing states like New Jersey and Maryland.

I think it's comical they decided self defense outside the home is important too. Maybe they figured out that's why cops carry guns.
