Talking Tell me what to do. Your big opportunity LOL

I don't know if I 'm going to be here in 60 days. Knowing its me against a corrupt major bank and all that goes with that. I got the proof but that seem not to impress anyone!! go figure too much hassle for the legal system i guess goin in to the fourth year!! I'm tired LOL

But I have grapes that need trimming and coming on, Asparagus patch needs weeded. Apple & Cherry tree to trim Starting seeds in containers right now but some come ripe in 60 days but maybe no way to preserve. Got lettuce, cabbage, broc, caul, celery.pepper and tomato. Just a few to start. Not a bunch like usual.

Should I do it anyhow invest the time and work. Really really wish it hadn't warmed up like this. If it was normal it would be 30-50 days from now and i would have a better handle on things.

As upsetting as the EO is to me. I know to put one foot in frount and go forward. As you may remember I have been battling a W/C claim for my husband. I have be told that I am wasting my effort. Due to conflict of interest NO attorny's could take the case. This case started 1999. I have been laughed at and buried in over 48 inches of paper work. On march 28 our personal D day will be faced. Funny thing is that we did make the right choice not to go for a bank account for us but to force his employer to pay all medical bills past and future. This means that medicaid and medicare will be remeburst and future bill never to be turned over to them The dollar amount the is required to cover the taxpayers is ..................1.78 million dollars. It is a shocker it is the goverements dollar amt. required to settleled. The money is not to be ours only a trust to pay all of his medical bills.

Finally it looks very good only because a year ago we agreed to disagree and agreed to settled for only what the goverment required. His former empoyer seems to have misrepersented (proof in hand) that my husband is and has and should received medical care paid for by the tax payers. It does not look good for them.

Stand and fight. search out the name of "david haeg and Alaska" the little man can win. He is a friend and is fighting corruption in the courts. I want to inspire you to take care of yourself and take care of you land.

Those things will still be there if you have to move, won't they? The bank isn't going to come pick them; the "wild animals" will be free to "forage"

nothing we do as homesteaders is garenteed to pay off. My new orchard may die in a drought, my new milk goat could have a malpresented unturnable huge kid and die before I get the vet out, or my strawberries be eat by rabbits that are faster than my Lab. But I still plant trees, bought Oreo, and set out strawberries. Because if I don't, I KNOW what the outcome will be...

Keep going, keep the Faith. Often things turn on a dime and the outcome might be very surprising.

I guess it all depends on whether you're an optimist or pessimist. From the looks of the quote below your post, I'd say you're an optimist, because they don't quit.

Not planting is sort of giving up, isn't it?

From someone who's faced nothing buy trials and uncertainty in the last 15 years....

keep on keepin' on as if tomorrow will be better...and surprise, it usually turns out ok. Plant things. Go ahead. Even if it's quick crops like greens and beets and things. Not living, not trying is giving up and then you'll fullfill your own fears. Keep movin' and the devil can't catch you.

Went in today with proof in hand. Copies of originals. Copies of bank Statements, Copies of Court records. Do I win LOL LOL LOL LOL
Nope. There gonna write some letters The banking, housing system is totally screwed up in this country. Found out today Bank America has 40,000 law suites against it. The Legal system is just as screwed up as they have never faced anything like this and dont have a clue what to do. Maybe if they ignore it it will go away seems to be the current path. And unless your on the forums I'm on you rarely hear about it. but everything is good and gettin better. We have been takin for such suckers its hard to comprehend. But there is always another day at the mall.

ME and an international bank going toe to toe for going on 4 years. Don't get no more surreal than that. I like chess but this is beyond my wildest dreams. LOL

The thing is they don't have a clue what they are really suppose to do and they all pass it off to someone else who doesn't know what to do

But thats enough . Its been dry and I'm going out and tear up the garden and see what I can get done before the rain sets in again tomorrow.

Thanks to all who say keep the course and don't give up. i told someone the other day I need a platonic dominatrix around here Just for a while. But then a non Platonic might be interesting wouldn't know LOL

TNHermit, reading all this made me think of the guy in Manhattan a few years ago, that put a sandwich board on and advertised himself for a job.
He got one. Simply because thousands of people drove by him and saw the sign.
A few years ago here, we had a shady home remodeler come through, he stiffed a few people, one guy put a 4x8' sheet of plywood in the back of his pickup truck and drove around town with it saying "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY - HE RIPPED ME OFF".
The shady home remodeler settled with the guy. Before he wouldn't return his phone calls. Maybe a little bad press in a conspicuous place would help?
What about doing something like this on the curbside of the Statehouse? Get yourself some free press, embarrass BOA some, and get something going?
I'm sure we can put something on FB showing this and get it going on the 'net.
Fight fire with fire.

Too bad you can't foreclose on one of their offices.

I've been keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. All you can do it go one day at a time. As long as they aren't rolling in with tanks and rocket launchers to forcibly evict you just keep on going.

Hang in there. Very good point has been made that none of us know if our labors will bear fruit. So sorry you are still in that awful situation. It isn't easy keeping any kind of life with that kind of uncertainty hanging over you.

Fighting a battle might not mean that you always win but the surest way to be a lose is to quit, that is a 100 percent bet.

You have your bases covered. Keep on trucking. They will go after the easy pickings first. By the time they try to get a sheriff out after you, they'll probably be bankrupt.

BTW, did your attorney suggest you keep the local sheriff's office in the loop?

He hasn't said anything about that. He just told me to go ahead and plant my garden. He likes my beans. i find that small town attorneys while probably fine 99% of the time are not up to this. Not that they don't know the law i think they are just as confused. Especially when the courts are screwed up right along with the federal people.

its just frustrating when even the MSM come right out and report on how crooked these banks are. Spell it right out! and people like me say YEP!! and everyone ignores it. this new 25 million settlement is what I have been watching. Just a govt payoff.
